At Compliance11, I built the global channel partner program from scratch. That program drove 2,400% revenue growth and set up the acquisition by Charles Schwab.

At MCO, I walked into a business that was near collapse and applied the same playbook — rebuilt the sales team, launched a global partner program, and drove distribution through Thomson Reuters. I hold equity.

At Meru Interactive, I co-founded and grew to over $3M per year through enterprise partner deals with AWS, Intel, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and Dell. Covid ended the live events industry and ended that chapter.

At ACA Group / Encore RCS, I was the sole Sales and Solutions Engineer post-acquisition. Ran full-cycle enterprise deals for an AI-driven compliance platform. Hit the earn-out target.

Co-founder and CEO of a virtual science lab platform spun out of BYU. Built on a partner-first model with publishers and resellers including VitalSource, BNC, and Savvas Learning Company driving over half of revenue. I have stepped back from day-to-day operations and am building toward an exit.
iLabz.io
2022 — Present
Built and oversee the iLabz team inside BYU Marriott's GlobalHub program. Students operate a live ed-tech venture running the same sales stack I use at Beyond Labz. I serve as board chair with weekly KPI reviews and execution cadence. Positioned for potential BYU tech transfer.
